Terms and Conditions (for learning in NIP)

01) Admission will be given on “First come first serve” basis.

02) Student may enroll his/her name in advance by paying minimum Rs.2500/-

      to book the seat.

03) Complete fees/first installment of fees must be paid 3 working days before

      the course starts, otherwise admission will be treated as canceled without

      refund of fees.

04) 80% attendance is mandatory otherwise no course certificate will be issued.

05) Strict discipline has to be observed during the course otherwise disciplinary

      action will be taken.

06) Cost of photographic material and books supplied will be charged extra as

      per the actual cost.

07) Camera and other equipments are to be handled with utmost care, any

      damage caused will be recovered fully from the concerned student.

08) The Course Director has right to cancel admission of any student for his/her

      misbehavior without refund of fees.

09) 10% of the full tuition fees (and not the part amount paid if any) or Rs.2500/-

      whichever is higher will be deducted if admission is canceled 3 working

      days before commencement of the course. Admission will not be canceled

      thereafter and no refund will be claimed by the student.

10) Cell Phones must be put off after entering the class-room.

11) Some of the outdoor sessions will be held on Sundays with prior notice.

12) Extra sessions if need be, may be held on Sundays and holidays with

      prior notice.

13) Installment of fees must be paid on or before 10th of the month otherwise

      student will not be permitted to enter the class-room.

14) Tests will be conducted periodically during and after completing the course      
      and certificate will only be issued after passing the tests.
